Looking at the list you might wonder what you can do. One is to read the carbohydrate content on the package before you purchase food in your local store. Some cereals are low in carbohydrates such as oatmeal which can contain as little as 10% carbohydrates.  Another important idea is to monitor how many carbohydrates you are eating to help lower your craving for food.
