We have important news: effective April 1, 2026, Pasadena Health Center will officially become Legacy Community Health, a trusted network of healthcare clinics across Southeast Texas with more than 60 locations offering primary and specialty care.
We understand that transitions can bring questions, and we want to reassure you that providing high-quality, compassionate care remains our top priority. Becoming part of Legacy Community Health allows us to strengthen how we support patients by aligning with an experienced, mission-driven organization focused on whole-person care.
What You Can Expect

Legacy Community Health is known for patient-centered care that emphasizes respect, dignity, and clinical excellence.
During this transition period, some of our services may not be available while facilities are being further evaluated. We are actively contacting patients with scheduled appointments to answer any questions. If you have not been contacted, please call (713) 554-1091 for adult and pediatric appointments, and (832) 548-5240 regarding dental appointments.
- Location and Hours
We will continue seeing patients at our 908 Southemore Ave. and 320 Southemore Ave. locations.
Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Flexible Payment Options
We continue to accept most health insurance plans, including HMO/PPOs, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHIP. Legacy’s eligibility specialists are available to help patients explore coverage and payment options so cost is never a barrier to care.
